NO SYSTEM- Dead Bands tell no tales EP NW-33 1985 Boston area HARDCORE PUNK w/ AL QUINT (Suburban Voice/MRR/ETC) on vocals and PTL KLUB supplying the music here. Sounds a lot like early Boston HC like DYS, NEGATIVE FX, FU's, DEEP WOUND but with their own flavor mixed in as well. Has an awesome cover of "Doomsday" by Dicharge and awesome liner notes from AL QUINT himself. This was originally released as a demo, but now sees the light of day on VINYL! Limited to a one time pressing of 1000 copies. 200 ON COLOR. Catchy, melodic yet totally furious hardcore punk from these crazy danish punks. Some songs will have you tapping your foot with their mid paced-slower anthems, yet some will have you breaking glass to a hardcore banger. You may know them already from their great 1st ep on KICK N PUNCH/HJERNESPIND, now they are back to destroy with this incredible lp. If you're a fan of most danish HC/PUNK coming out these days (YOUNG WASTENERS, ARRIGT ANTREK, AMDI PETERSENS ARME) then look no further, this album is for you. 1000 Copies pressed, 200 on color. As TOMMAS from HJERENSPIND RECORDS said, "This is the best punk album to come out of Copenhagen since the YOUNG WASTENERS lp." Have to Agree with him. INSOMNIO- Happy Loneliness LP NW-36 US Pressing of these spanish punks brand new 12". A big step up for them as well, throwing in a strong dark influence with twisted hooks and desperate lyrical content. It sounds like these guys and gal have been listening to a lot of WIPERS- "Over the Edge" and RADIO BIRDMAN- "Radios Appear". This lp still has the great old school spanish punk/hc elements like their 1st 2 records, bringing influence from bands like ESKORBUTO, RIP, and IV REICH. All in all, this is a great punk album for fans of punk. 1000 Copies pressed, 300 on color. Bare with us, we're still trying to get back on our feet a bit. THANKS! JANUARY 15th, 2009 FINALLY, A NEWS UPDATE. Ok, so by the end of the weekend we'll have the NO SYSTEM ep up for grabs. We're going to wait to release the next 3 lps at the same time to save on postage/packing materials, so hold tight. It will be soon. We have HJERTESTOP Ready to roll, just waiting for the other 2. We apologize for the lack of updates, we've been busy trying to get shit together. As always, keep checking the distro for new stuff, we update that all the time. NOVEMBER 24th, 2008 Well let's see- I spoke too soon last time because we got all the rest of the test presses that same day (sorry i didn't post here then). So there's some news here now, we've got all the tests, the covers and inserts for the HJERTESTOP and NO SYSTEM records, So we may release those 2 at once and then the HUMAN MESS and INSOMNIO lps a bit later. We may actually just release the NO SYSTEM ep 1st and the 3 lps later, we're crazy- who knows what we'll do? Keep checking back here to see. OUT OF PRINT NEWS: The WARKRIME- Tighten up ep is out of print. We may press a few hundred more get loose lps soon, we'll just have to see. The Verbal Abuse lp is pretty much out of print, we have about 20-25 vinyls laying around here, but no covers left, so we may make some final 25 limited thing, who knows? NO BULLSHIT 3 is down to it's last 20 copies. If you want one, you need to get on that. Once it's gone, it's gone. I think that's about it for now. REPRESS NEWS: REPROBATES- Stress ep, LIFE TRAP- Solitary Confinement, CITIZENS PATROL- Dead Children eps have all been repressed. We plan on repressing the BRAIN HANDLE, CHRONIC SEIZURE lps soon. Stay tuned for more news. NOVEMBER 6th, 2008 Long time since any news, we know. Sorry for so many delays on the new records. We've recieved tests for the NO SYSTEM but STILL haven't recieved anything for the 3 new lps (HJERTESTOP, HUMAN MESS, and INSOMNIO). I guess it seems everywhere is backed up with stuff. Have no fear though, we're on top of things and should be cranking out these new releases soon.
The VIOLENT ARREST double eps are going steadily, but we still have some color vinyl left. If you need one, get over to the webstore and order it. It's awesome as fuck. Also, distros/stores get in touch for that and all other releases- we deal direct. by the band in an edition of 500 copies in 1986. It's
very hard to get your hands on the original, so we're
here to bring this nice Reproduction! Created directly
from the original Masters, you know this one sounds
nice! This is a must have for fans of early to mid
80's USHC like CIA, BATALLION OF SAINTS, WHITE CROSS
and all the good stuff like that! Hardcore for the
hardcore, get in or get out! One time pressing of
this one, limited to 1000 copies. 300 on Yellow, 700
on Black. The First 250 orders from us get the Yellow
Vinyl. NW-24: HUMAN MESS - Uncaged Animal EP Hailing from Bakersfield, CA- These
punks blast out 5 tracks here on their debut ep entitled, "Uncaged Animal." That's
exactly what this record is, lashing out with raw,
pure, violent mayhem! To get close to what this sounds
like, you could take early Poison Idea, and mix it
with GERMS, and you wont be too far away. This band
also shares members with CONTAMINATORS and LOSER LIFE
so you know they know what they're doing here. Look
for an lp on NO WAY also, and a 2nd ep soon on Going
Underground. First 150 orders get WHITE VINYL. NW-25: ANTI YOU - Making Your Life Miserable EP Originally released on cd from SOA
Records a year or so ago, this album was too damn good
not to be on vinyl. 12 songs in under 10 minutes here,
all killer, no filler. From Italy, these guys take
cues from early US and Italian HC and ends up merging
the 2 in a whirlwind of Sonic Fury. If you enjoyed
the "Pig City Life" One sided ep, You'll definetly
shit a brick over this one. Look Out for a track on
the next NO BULLSHIT compilation as well. First 200
orders get RED VINYL. NW-26: CIVIC PROGRESS - Petroleum Man EP Killer St. Louis, MO hardcore that
is full of negative energy and frustration. 7 Songs
on this steamroller, and not one of them is a dud.
You may remember this ep coming out a while ago on
No Wire records, which sold out really quickly- so
the band asked us to a bigger press to get it back
out there for the punks. This versions is remastered
loud as hell, and we've made brand new art and layout
to make a distinct difference from the 1st pressing. "Petroleum Man" is
raw, aggressive, and just plain mean. First 250 get
limited RED cover, as opposed to the more available
